1. Initial contact and consultation:

Get in touch with us and share your vision, ideas or preliminary sketches. We’ll discuss the project’s overall expectations, style preferences, initial budget and approximate timelines.

2. Site visit and precise measurement:

We’ll visit the site to carry out a precise survey of the space. We’ll map out any specific features (wall angles, sockets, pipework, lighting solutions) and discuss the actual ergonomics of the space.

3. Choice of materials and functional design:

We’ll help you choose suitable types of timber, fittings, finish colours and mechanisms. Together, we’ll find solutions that combine outstanding aesthetics with everyday durability.

4. Project preparation and quotation:

We’ll draw up a detailed design (including 3D visualisations where required) and provide a clear and transparent quotation with no hidden costs. If necessary, we will make adjustments to the drawings until the final result meets your expectations 100 per cent.

5. Confirmation of agreement and production:

We confirm the project, sign the contract and set a completion schedule. Our experienced craftsmen begin production as a bespoke order in the Avi Vabrik workshop, ensuring high quality in every detail.

6. Transport and professional installation:

We deliver the finished furniture or interior design elements to your premises and carry out a neat and precise installation. Before handing over the work, we carry out a thorough quality check and ensure that every mechanism operates flawlessly.
