Fulfilment of the order is based on a 50% advance payment. The remaining amount is paid before handover or installation.

Yes - before production we present drawings and/or a 3D visualisation for you to approve, so you are sure of the final result.
We provide a 2-year warranty on the manufactured furniture with intended use. You can find the detailed terms in our terms of sale.
As the products are made to your individual wishes, an order cannot be cancelled or returned after it has been put into production (except in case of a defect). That is why we confirm all details before production.
