Warranty – our firm commitment to lasting quality

Bespoke furniture is a long-term investment in your living environment and quality of life. We stand behind the work of our craftsmen and the materials we use, offering a comprehensive guarantee and peace of mind for every solution we create and install.

1. 2-year full warranty:

All furniture solutions manufactured and installed by us are covered by a 2-year guarantee, effective from the date the handover certificate is signed. The warranty covers any manufacturing, material or installation defects, ensuring that the furniture complies with the agreed standards.

2. Certified materials and top-quality fittings:

We use only durable materials from recognised manufacturers, high-quality timber and tested fittings (hinges, sliding rails and lifting mechanisms). Many of the mechanical fittings systems we use are also covered by a long-term manufacturer’s warranty.

3. Prompt and professional response:

Should any concern, technical fault or component malfunction arise during the warranty period, we will resolve it promptly. We will visit the site, assess the situation and adjust, repair or replace the faulty component at no extra cost to you.

4. Long-term maintenance and support after the warranty period:

Our relationship with the customer does not end when the warranty period expires. We also offer ongoing maintenance support, adjustments and refurbishment of wooden surfaces for the furniture we manufacture, so that your furniture retains its elegant appearance for decades to come.
